St Paul’s is a spacious Victorian church with a history dating back to the 1870s. Larger than St Matthew’s, it was built due to the increasing population of what was originally a rural suburb. Here, the Book of Common Worship is used at our vibrant 9.30 am Sunday Parish Eucharist, which welcomes people of all ages. Families with children and young people are well provided for, with lots of different activities and opportunities to be part of the worship. We would be delighted if you would like to join us one Sunday.
St Paul’s is usually open each weekday between 9.30 am and 3.30 pm. You are most welcome to visit – to enjoy the sense of space and peace, to say a prayer. On Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, Evening Prayer is said at 4.30 pm in the church, vestry or parish rooms. Please do come along.
