If you’re in need of help, we hope we might be able to offer you some sort of support or assistance. Going to church doesn’t magic away the problems and pain of our lives, but it does provide support and comfort through friendship, prayer, worship and private reflection, as well as practical help and guidance.
While we don’t give out money as a parish policy, if you’re in need of a bed for the night we can direct you to a local shelter that will offer you the care and support you require. We also have a wonderful team of Parish Visitors who lend a confidential, listening ear to those who would like it. Please see our Pastoral care section to find out more.
If you live in the parish or attend one of the schools, colleges or other institutions and are in need, hardship or distress, the Wheeler Jones Trust may be able to help you. Please contact Canon Peter Seal to find out more.
